Hello, I have the same issue. Did you find a way to use the speech rate value defined in Spoken Content for your utterances ?

I actually just watched the video you mentioned (thank you) and saw that the prefersAssistiveTechnologySettings property of your utterance needs to be set to true. It is now working properly :)
